Elijah Reynolds is lucky.  He might not think so at the moment considering his current situation but somehow he has survived when all other potential Alpha’s have been exterminated.  Lycans have been under the power of the Angels for a long time.  The lycans see Elijah as their great hope and they have forced a revolt taking Elijah along for the ride and forcing him to lead.  Now Elijah must figure out how to keep his people alive.

Vampire Vashti is a force to be reckoned with.  As second-in-command of the vampires, Vashti is known for her ruthless ways. With the lycan revolt Vashti sees an opportunity to gain an ally against the Angels.  There’s only one problem, Vashti hates the lycans because they murdered her mate.  But for the sake of her people Vash will do it.  Only she never counted on the feelings the lycan Alpha inspires.

A Hunger So Wild takes the reader back into the Renegade Angel world and gives us one hot suspenseful ride with the Lycans.

Long-seeded hate turns into burning passion as Elijah and Vashti explore the pulsing lust between them in A Hunger So Wild.  But will their differences keep them from finding true love?  A war is on the horizon, is it possible for Elijah and Vash to find peace in their new world?

A Hunger So Wild is blistering hot and wildly addictive.  Ms. Day sets the pages on fire with Elijah and Vash’s blazing chemistry.  Being back in the Renegade Angels world is so exciting.  I couldn’t wait to learn more about the handsome and rugged Elijah.  I’m surprised he could get more attractive but he definitely does as he takes on the role of Alpha.  I was shocked at first at the Elijah and Vash pairing.  My opinion of Vash wasn’t that high at the end of A Touch of Crimson.  However, it didn’t take Ms. Day long to change my mind and prove how fantastic a character Vash is.  I completely fell in love with Vash’s core of steel and felt empathy for her plight.

When Elijah and Vash mix things up together the story revs into hyper-drive.  There is a lot going on in this story.  I definitely recommend that the Renegade Angel series be read in order.  There are a lot of plotlines continuing from the first book.  Ms. Day has set this world up brilliantly.  There are so many mysteries unfolding at a rapid pace the reader can’t help but become enthralled with A Hunger So Wild and the Renegade Angels series.
