Turning his inherited farm into a shifter sanctuary of sorts is the right thing to do as far as half shifter Mikael Jarvela is concerned.  It’s a mixed bag of shifter variety on the farm though everyone makes a conscious effort to get along.  The days are always busy and Mikael’s life is full, but there are times when loneliness plagues him.  Considering his lifestyle however, it can’t be helped.

Hearing a strange noise in the woods Mikael comes across a badly injured, large tiger shifter.  Wrangling the tiger back to the farm takes a group effort, though once there the tiger will only tolerate Mikael’s presence.  As the newcomer heals Mikael secretly hopes his life’s changed, all because of a hot, growly tiger.

A charming tale between a tiger and a half-breed makes its mark in Chuffed.  The first story in the Finnshifter series introduces a group of honest, hard working characters led by a half breed who quietly falls for a surly, burly tiger.  Chuffed is a delightful story with a captivating romance, a bit of excitement, and very little sex.  A good start for new M/M readers.
