Daring is an exhilarating nail-biter! It is not necessary to have read the previous books to follow this thrilling novella. I cannot believe that this is my first foray into the A-Tac world! I will definitely be going back to check out the previous novels in this series. I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s hard for an author to pack a lot of emotion into a novella but Dee Davis has it in spades here. I could feel Lara’s heartbreak over her loss and her reaction after her night with Rafe was intense and so very real I cried! Lara definitely goes through a lot of emotions in this story I truly felt for her! What I love is Lara never gives up even when things start to look really bad she keeps on fighting! I would like to have my own sexy Aussie like Rafe! I could just hear his accent through the pages. Rafe is one tough as nails guy but he also has that soft side. I love how he doesn’t push Lara for more than she can give. The action is extreme, the drama is fierce and the couple is unforgettable in Daring!
