When a buffalo shifter is badly injured helping a member of Kontra’s gang, Dr. Eli Raetz’s skills are needed while transporting the shifter toStone Ridge,Coloradofor treatment.    Taking the flight and saving the shifter is crucial though it doesn’t take the snake’s mind off the severe motion sickness that’s always plagued him.

After everything settles down Eli is trying to get his stomach to settle and his mood to calm when his mate comes into the room.  The Dominant snake shifter is horrified that his mate has seen him weak and reacts badly during their first encounter.  Realizing his actions are misinterpreted by the sweet submissive it’s up to Eli to apologize to Sam Bailey.  A Dom and a sub are a perfect match, a snake and a wolf however will take some getting used to.
