Labeled rogues simply because their parents chose to be rogues Miles, his twin Braxton, and their younger twin siblings are forced to hide under the radar to stay alive since packs typically kill rogues on sight.  With their parents gone after a Raven raid the tiny family is in desperate straits.  The only job Miles has found is a minimum wage stint in a coffee shop.  Braxton’s health issues make it impossible for him to work and the twins are far too young.  The sad truth is that they are slowly starving to death.

The merge between Chris’s pack and Russell’s is relatively smooth and painless though Ervin is less than thrilled with the lack of excitement in his life.  When Ervin and his best friend Nico take a drive and stop at a dingy coffee shop the pair come across an unknown young wolf on pack territory.  To further complicate the situation Ervin feels drawn to the wolf in a way he’s never felt before.  This is a mystery Ervin intends to solve quickly because the young wolf will be his.

The first tale in the Wayne County Wolves is a winner!  Ervin’s Dilemma is a sexy adventure with a large dose of drama and heat.  Miles, Braxton, and their little family pull the heartstrings with their tragic lives and history.  Ervin and the pack are a clever balance for the sorrowful family they discover.  Plenty of suspense, engaging characters, and an intriguing plotline make Ervin’s Dilemma a refreshing new chapter for this popular series.
