A Handcuffs and Lace Story

After nailing a killer and taking a bullet in his vest, homicide detective Chip McMullen is winding down at the local cop watering hole when vice cop Dawson ‘Daws’ Sorenson sits down nearby. Between several beers and the fact both men are quietly ‘out’, Daws ferrets out Chip’s unspoken desire to be dominated in bed.
During their conversation Daws tells Chip of the Bloody Rose, a discreet club where imagination can become reality. It will take several weeks however before Chip finds the courage to take a look. Before the night ends every dream will come true with the man of his heart. Unfortunately it will take a tragedy for Chip to accept and embrace his heart’s desire as a lifetime vow.
Sensually provocative In Time of Need scores with a lightning hot, naughty tale of blissful satisfaction. Never completely happy with his sex life because he wasn’t honest with his needs, Chip hits the jackpot with Daws. Few would dispute author Sean Michael’s talent in writing erotic scenes and In Time of Need is a perfect example. Steamy lovemaking is balanced against well developed emotional issues to make In Time of Need a fully charged drama. Heat and sorrow follow redemption to a happy end.
