Forcefully acquiring yet another business doesn’t give brothers Jordan and Allen the thrill it once did. Sure it’s fun to infuriate the soon to be ex-owner, but other than that it’s business as usual, boring.
The highlight of the entire day is meeting their friends Kain and Hugh at club Night Moves to find someone for a night of fun. Redheads are the brothers’ particular kink and lucky for them a likely candidate is there on the dance floor.
Intent on taking the sexy stranger home the tables are suddenly turned when the redhead, Chaus, shows his true colors. One of the oldest vampires in existence, Chaus has plenty of inventive ways to break Jordan and Allen. Whether they survive the night is up to a thirsty, ancient vampire.
Into the Darkness gives a deadly nightwalker his due with a pair of calculating, cruel brothers. Matching wits with Chaus is a losing proposition for Jordan and Allen as they quickly learn. Sizzling hot, Into the Darkness is an intriguing tale of comeuppance with a wicked twist. No excuses for the unlovable characters, though a fun read nonetheless.
