Their mutual connection leads to plans of escape. But can they survive the evils set out to destroy them both and is it possible to find love in some place so dark?
Gena Showalter once again opens up a dark world and gives her readers a powerful story dripping with hope and love in her first Otherworldly Assassin novel, Last Kiss Goodnight.
Showalter’s paranormal world-building is unparalleled. The Cirque de Monstrés created by Showalter is frightening and riveting. The reader cannot help but be captivated as Solo and Vika give us a taste of their current predicament. I felt my heart break for both characters as I learned of their past and present trials. These two are bonded by great tragedy. The story is very dark it is almost too sad but there is this pull that absolutely grabs the reader. It’s the romance and hope of it all. It’s that part that lives inside of all of us that rallies when things get tough and pushes for that happily ever after.
If you want a novel that gives you a fantastic story full of passion and depth then Last Kiss Goodnight is for you!
