Mark and Lynn have been married for fifteen years and have four kids.  They have a successful marriage but lately their sex life has become stale.  Mark is a highly successful surgeon and definitely overworked.  He can barely think of anything else but falling into bed when he gets home from work, and Lynn is tired of taking care of herself.

Before they had kids they were starting to get into the BDSM scene and Lynn thinks it’s about time for them to give it another try. Now all she needs to do is convince Mark.  To Lynn’s surprise she doesn’t have to try very hard because Mark is ready to put more time into his wife and kids than his work.  It’s time for this dominant and submissive to give Club Rio Brava a try.

Learning Control is an excitingly sexy novella.  Ann Jacobs has definitely done this hot couple justice in Learning Control.  Marriages go through times of drought and I love how Mark and Lynn fight to bring back the steamy side to theirs.  I’m not heavily into kinky novels but Ms. Jacobs Club Rio Brava series is one of my favorites.
