Miles went from being a protector to being the werewolf villain wanting to claim the chosen one for himself to now being a protector again.  The last several months have been the biggest change with Miles discovering his adult daughter and that she is the chosen one.  Now he works with the other protectors to keep her safe.  However life can be lonely for a werewolf without a mate so Miles allows himself to be set up on a blind date and it will change is life even more.

Kareena went to the club with her girlfriends to celebrate a birthday and found herself meeting the sexiest man she has ever laid eyes on. Too bad she is just too chicken to walk over and meet him.  That is taken care of as Kareena stumbles out of the club and right into Miles.  His offer to take her home is the beginning of something erotic and loving.

Miles can’t believe that being stood up for a date turned out to be the best thing in his life, but it was because Kareena – his mate was there and now Miles isn’t going to let anything stand in his way of claiming her.  Heady feelings with both Kareena and Miles have things moving hot and fast with the claiming.  If that isn’t enough, Miles’s daughter goes into labor and he is about to become a grandfather.  However during this time, Miles learns of a falsehood that tears his world apart one more time.  Miles is torn apart with the depth of this betrayal and just a breath away from becoming the werewolf boogieman again.  Kareena has just learned about werewolves and mates and still has a lot to discover, but it’s going to come down to her depth of love for Miles to be his final redemption and bring him firmly back on the sides of the protectors before it’s too late.

Can the depth of love in a mating be enough to overcome a well-meaning betrayal before it’s too late?  Miles and Kareena learn the answer to this in Miles’s Redemption.  After seeing how horrible Miles had been through both this series and the previous one, I loved how his love for his daughter turned the page and brought out the previous Miles.  I had to laugh when I saw how Kareena and Miles went one step forward and two back while first meeting and discovering the depth of their passion.  When Miles learned of a lie that had been given to him, I was so worried he would revert but I should have realized that Kareena was a strong enough woman to fight for her man and his sanity.  I also saw that the protectors were willing to help Kareena bring Miles back to the good side and remain a protector.  Miles’s Redemption is erotic and passionate with just enough suspense to keep it interesting and have you hoping for Miles and Kareena and their new love.
