Aussie Amy switches places with her American friend Harper for two fun filled weeks exploring a different part of the world. Amy didn’t count on awaking tied down naked with a total stranger getting ready to pleasure her. Amy assumes this is Harper’s big surprise for her. After all it is one of Amy’s fantasies—a fantasy that she only shared with Harper. How disturbing it is to find out the man she just had the best sex of her life with is none other than Harper’s big brother.
Andrew is shocked to discover a beautiful young woman naked in his bed. Things get even crazier as he and this woman engage in hot sex. When Andrew discovers who the woman is he is disturbed to find that his little sister has run off to another country without telling him. As much as he wants to run after his baby sister and bring her home, there is something about the sexy Aussie Amy that he can’t ignore. Perhaps they should get the attraction out of their system and enjoy a week of no strings sex.
Will one week between Amy and Andrew be enough? Or will hearts get broken in the pursuit of no strings sex?
Mari Carr and Lexxie Couper continue their Foreign Affairs series with the romantic and sexy Misplaced Lessons. I’m not a fan of the forced-sex fantasy but it wasn’t so bad here. Andrew and Amy have such blistering chemistry they definitely heat things up in the bedroom. There are so many things that I like about these two. Amy aches to travel the world and Andrew does it for a living. I love how he takes her to all kinds of touristy things in his hometown—something that he hasn’t done himself. Amy and Andrew really romance each other is small ways. They are both struggling to decipher their own emotions and each others. It is wonderful watching them fall in love. Misplaced Lessons is an absolutely lovely romance. I cannot wait to find out what happened when Harper landed in the land of Oz.
