Lisa Perez is the program host for “Ghost at Home” and has been for the last few years.  However the program they are filming now just might be the most personal one she will ever do.  Lisa and the team are at The Gem of the Sea, a cruise ship that is now dry-docked and the same ship her mother was murdered on.

Michael Scott is a medium for the “Ghost at Home” show and part of the team onsite with Lisa.  Michael has a lot on his mind right now and part of that is to show Lisa just how he feels.  But passion isn’t the only thing on Michael’s mind because Michael is more than just a medium and while he is at the ship for his day job, it appears that his night job is going to be involved on this trip.  Michael is a talent and it appears that he is a target for an anti-talent group while on the ship.

Passion explodes between Lisa and Michael from the minute they step on to the ship.  If that isn’t enough to keep the days hot, the ghosts are making themselves known to both Lisa and Michael and it appears that the anti-talent group is trying to add murder to their resume.  There is danger directed towards Lisa from the psychic realm that only Michael can deal with.  When Lisa learns of the danger targeting Michael it becomes a race to the end of the weekend for both of them.  Can Michael and Lisa get through the filming of the program while keeping everyone safe?  It will take some help from a few unusual places to make it happen.

A cruise ship full of ghosts and danger becomes the backdrop when two hearts discover each other in Rendezvous at Midnight.  This is truly a weekend that neither Lisa or Michael will ever forget and not just because they fell in love.  The tension and suspense came through from the first chapter and eroticism was quickly added into the mix as I watched Lisa and Michael begin filming their show.  I really enjoyed the mixture of ghost hunting and defeating the prejudiced group threatening Michael.  I loved how Lisa and Michael were not going to let anyone or anything tear them apart or threaten their future.  The way Michael and Lisa finally made it off the ship proved that there is good and bad in every situation and that help can come from many different areas and realms.  Rendezvous at Midnight is a mixture of suspense, erotic passion, tension and danger all creating a great love story in any realm.
