Danger is closing in on the Black Knights and everyone they care about is in the line of fire. Jake refuses to let Michelle out of his sight. He just got his foot in the door; he’s not about to let anything happen to her. Will Jake and Michelle find their way back to each other or will more secrets from the past keep them apart?

Rev It Up is another fantastic Black Knights Inc. novel from Julie Ann Walker. Jake is such a deep emotional character with so much hurt inside and all he wants is to right his past mistakes. Michelle is a mom out to protect her son and her heart. There is plenty of suspense in Rev It Up but the relationship between Jake and Michelle is beautifully written. I really like these two. They have tons of heat and potential if they can both make amends with the past.

Rev It Up features many great moments but the one that gives me chills is when Jake and Michelle see each other for the first time in years. You can feel such immense dramatic tension. This couple is irresistible. They have a rich history and possibly a wonderful future if they can survive the danger and each other. I like that Ms. Walker seems to effortlessly weave in a suspenseful plot into such a dramatic story. I love getting to spend time with all of the other Black Knight’s characters while getting to know the new hero and heroine. It’s not necessary to read these books in order but I recommend it because Ms. Walker’s characters are one-of-a-kind and you don’t want to miss getting to know any of them! Rev It Up will kick you into high gear and have you speeding across the finish line.
