Sixty some years ago bear shifter Kontra Belikov found his mate. But because owl shifter Timothy Laurent was a teenager the bear quietly walked away without introduction to allow Tim to grow up and experience life before bonding forever. Though Kontra tried to keep track of his mate somewhere along the line Tim disappeared. Since that time the bear has searched the length of the country looking, always looking for his mate.
Stopping in a small, quaint town for a meal and a soft motel bed Kontra’s best friend watched as his leader lit up with joy. At last Kontra has found his mate.
The bear had no way of knowing that Tim had recently lost his human husband to cancer and was still grieving. Introductions proved unsettling to say the least and it wasn’t the joyful moment Kontra was hoping for. Plans were made to meet the following day. Fate, however had other designs because Tim is now missing. This time nothing will stop Kontra from finding and claiming Tim. Nothing.
Kontra’s Menagerie introduces another new tale of drama and romance in Silver- Tipped Justice. A mystery and an emotional element add to this enchanting love story. Major twists in the plotline develop along the way to build the suspense which enriches Kontra and Tim’s difficult romance. Silver-Tipped Justice scores with an emotionally challenging, entertaining tale.
