Biology student Vincent Wade has big plans for his future, and they don’t include sitting on the sidelines watching uber-jock Carsen Cress on ESPN. But Carson has different ideas. His future does involve football, but he’s Vincent’s biggest fan.
The hot jock falls for the sexy geek in Steamroller. Carson goes after Vincent like a defensive linesman chasing a running back. A first time, some dirty talk, and a lot of uncontrollable lust make the sex sizzling, but there’s a lot more to Steamroller than just hot sex. Both Carson and Vincent have some heavy issues to face, not the least of which is the sudden intensity of their newfound relationship. What happens on the field still makes me cringe every time I think about it, and what happens after makes me smile. Carson and Vincent are very mature for college guys. So even though things go from zero to a hundred, it feels like their old enough and experienced enough to handle it. Steamroller is a story with a lot of depth, a steamy romance, and excellent characterization.
