Forced from their home after an altercation with the landlord Darcy Legrange and his younger brother Sterling have been drifting from town to town never finding a place to settle. Entering Brac Village Darcy can’t shake the feeling that the town is too perfect, especially when everyone is so kind giving them jobs and a place to stay. Just too, too nice.
Disowned by their vampire father after siding with brother Dudley’s mating to a shifter, Raven Constantinople and two other brothers are living with the Lakeland family of bear shifters. Brooding and moody Raven’s spent most of his time alone in his room questioning everything he’s ever been taught.
The pull of mates is always strong. As an unaware and suspicious human Darcy doesn’t understand why he feels so drawn to Raven whereas the vampire knows exactly what’s going on between them. With new faces and newer dangers Raven must decide whether to bring Darcy into their world or suffer the loss of never mating the only man made for him.
The latest Brac Pack story proves there’s never a dull moment for mates or their families in Take My Hand. Darcy and Raven’s romance barely takes a breath from start to finish with emotional meltdowns, angst ridden drama, and an adventurous plotline. As fresh and inventive as the very first tale Take My Hand delivers.
