Mary Wine delivers an excitingly sexy Highlander romance in The Trouble with Highlanders.  I believe that Daphne and Norris met in a previous book and I would’ve loved to read about that and still plan to. I could feel their intense connection immediately.  I just love Daphne; she has such strength of character and she is determined to do anything to take care of her clan.  She proves her strength in so many ways during the story.  Norris is a force to be reckoned with and he has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders.  He needs a woman like Daphne as his equal.  I love their courtship.  The story gives them interesting roadblocks.  There were points when I wanted to scream at the characters because I didn’t want them to fall into the traps set for them. The Trouble with Highlanders is one for the keeper shelf!
