Jayde’s family has kept some secrets from her, although they were secrets that she was always supposed to find out before her grandmother past away.  Now she is returning to Hickory Falls to pick up the pieces and her grandmother’s bakery and rental apartments.  Before Jayde can find out just what those secrets are, she makes a decision that will affect not only her but also everyone around her.

Marc and Aidan moved into one of the rental rooms that Jayde’s grandmother had.  They are guardians and their assignment is to protect Jayde and the responsibility her family has had to protect humanity for many, many years now.   With the death of her grandmother, Marc and Aidan know it will come to them to tell Jayde the truths about everything including the fact that she is meant to be their third.  But before they even meet Jayde, their job as guardians gets much harder.

Marc and Aidan know that protecting humanity needs to take precedence over their personal lives, yet it is hard not to react when they are alone with Jayde. Events and circumstances show Jayde that she is going to have to make some very difficult decisions because of what she has learned from Marc and Aidan.  The problem is if Jayde decides one way – her town could be lost as it once was and if she decides another, she might lose what she has found with Marc and Aidan.  Can Jayde find a way to make the right decision and still keep the love she has found with Marc and Aidan?

Self-Confidence or confidence in love – which way will one woman choose in Their Obsession.  I couldn’t fault the first decision that Jayde made because evil can be beautiful at times and she was kept in the dark.  I had to give Marc and Aidan lots of points as they did the best they could when faced with a situation that made their job much harder.  Yet I felt that Marc, Aidan and Jayde all seemed to be working against their best interests at times.  In the end, honesty and hard truths and even harder decisions were what was needed for all three of them to have the loving future they were always meant to.  Their Obsession is both erotic and sweet with passion winning the day, of course.
