Very few vampires find their blood bonded. Coven leader Rohan understands how privileged he truly is to find Harris Bender at a local art exhibit one evening. Deciding to take things slowly Rohan hires Harris to paint a mural in his home and begin his seduction.
Bear shifter Harris is almost positive the vampire leader is his mate. Most shifters would be thrilled to find their other half, but Harris doesn’t feel ready to settle down with one person for the rest of his life.
Rohan is willing to take things one step at a time, whatever it takes to make the skittish bear comfortable and happy. Unfortunately their enemy, the sorcerers got wind of the relationship and seem intent on destroying Rohan by killing his blood bonded, Harris by any means available to them. Suddenly their fated romance becomes dangerous.
A vampire leader has his work cut out for him to seduce his love in To Bite a Bear. Reluctant to make a commitment Harris is a charming character, his mate is smooth, strong and charming too. Their somewhat rocky romance is a treat to witness while the evil sorcerers add the right amount of trouble and drama. Good pacing, lively characters, and an entertaining plotline make To Bite a Bear pure fun.
