Lindy has been on the run living in witness protection for so long she barely remembers what it’s like to have a family. Her latest relocation takes her to a small town in New Mexico where the cowboys are handsome and the people are downright nice. Lindy could get used to living around people that treat her like family especially when she is missing her own so much. She hopes that she will be able to stay at this location long enough to have some because The Painted Pony Ranch looks like the right place to find exactly what she needs.
Cole Roberts has had his heart smashed to smithereens so many times now he is considering swearing off women completely that is until a certain fiery woman crawls under his skin. Cole can’t seem to get his mother’s new employee off his mind. She’s a pretty one but he knows she’s keeping a secret and Cole is done with secrets. Will Cole lose his heart to another woman or will he and Lindy find exactly what they need to survive what lies ahead?
Tularosa Moon is a sweet western romance featuring a sassy heroine and a lovable hero. Poor Cole’s been stepped on by so many woman it’s about time he found one to love him and only him. He’s so sweet and earnest. He’s the type of man a woman should grab a hold of and never let go. Lindy’s having a rough go of it herself. She’s been running so long she doesn’t know what it’s like to live without fear anymore. The last thing she needs is a relationship but she cannot deny the wonderful feelings that Cole inspires. I thoroughly enjoyed the adorable romance that played out between these characters. I also enjoyed revisiting Tularosa and all the characters from Lucky in Love another great romance by Stacey Coverstone.
I didn’t really care for the parts featuring the villain of the piece. He is truly a despicable soul. I hated him so much it was hard to read his parts. I would have much rather spent more time watching Cole and Lindy fall in love. But overall Tularosa Moon is a charming romance with edge.
