Brother’s torn apart by treachery; Rafael and Lucien are the last remaining hope for the survival of the Lycan’s.  Both born Alpha’s, yet one must take a mate and conceive. Until they do none of the females in their packs will conceive.

The story picks up right where it ended in Blood Law with Rafael, Falon and Lucien reeling from the decision the Amorak council sets forth.  The Blood Law is avenged as Lucien receives the choice to take his brother, Rafael’s mate, Falon as his own or let her choose to stay with his brother.  Lucien will take his revenge on his brother for killing his mate years ago by taking Falon as his own.

Falon torn between two brothers is forced to make decisions that will affect the Lycan’s forever.  Can she live with Lucien Mondragon, become his Alpha mate and procreate bringing the Lycan’s into a time of renewal?  Is it possible to overcome her undying love for Rafael and love Lucien?

How will the Lycan’s ever defeat the Slayers if the two brothers cannot join together to fight the evil?  It seems now more than ever the world as they all know it lays on the shoulders of Falon.  Will she bring them all together or destroy them?

I will now officially name Karin Tabke as the Queen of Cliffhangers.  I didn’t think it was possible to be so thoroughly tormented and enthralled by the ending of a book once much less twice.  Ms. Tabke has managed to once again grab the reader with gusto and plunge us into the depths of darkness for one hell of an adventure leading to an ending to die for.  I loved Blood Law, the first Blood Moon Rising novel, but Bloodright exceeds my every expectation in this stunningly erotic story!

Bloodright is highly erotic with graphic scenes that will push some reader’s limits of acceptability.  Lucien is a character that pushes every boundary.  He is constantly pushing people to see their true nature or to find out if they will eventually leave him.  It is natural that he would also push Falon in the bedroom as well.  While I have issues with some things that take place in Bloodright I cannot hold it against the story.  Ms. Tabke has penned an unforgettable tale.  Bloodright delves more into the Mondragon pack and Lucien as Alpha takes center stage.  I found it impossible not to fall for Lucien.  He comes off as cold and cunning in Blood Law.  In Bloodright, we see the vulnerable Lucien underneath his bloodthirsty attitude.

The reader goes on a whirlwind journey with Falon as she struggles with all of her feelings: her love for Raphael, her attraction to Lucien and her desire strengthen the Lycan race.  Falon’s emotions are palpable.  As Bloodright unfolds we learn so many things that impact the future of these three characters.  These things continue to make each decision harder and more powerful.  I believe I see the direction this story is taking and I’m all in!  The Blood Moon Rising series is unlike any other with its hauntingly sexual characters and its monumental story that is sure to lead to an epic battle.  I would like to book my ticket now on the next ride of Ms. Tabke’s thrilling odyssey.
