Lexxie Couper stole my heart with Love’s Rhythm!  Of course it didn’t hurt that I was already half in love with Nick Blackthorne after reading Tropical Sin.  I was so excited when I realized Ms. Couper would be giving Nick’s story life and she did not disappoint!  In Tropical Sin, we get to know Nick as a wounded man with great emotional depth and a big heart.  Love’s Rhythm picks up after his weekend of self-discovery at Bandicoot Cove.  Nick is reevaluating his life and the decisions that have brought him to this point.  The one regret is letting go of his first love Lauren.  Once these two characters share the same page the electricity goes into overdrive.  It may have been fifteen years but the attraction between these two remains blistering.    I love the battle that wages within Lauren.  Her reactions are so real: the burning attraction, the longing and then the realization of what she has kept from him.  Lauren has every right to the resentment she carries and her struggle with all her varying feelings make her vulnerable and intriguing.  Nick tears me up with all the emotions that go through him in Love’s Rhythm.  I mean what would it be like to discover you have a fifteen year old son and you lost the years with him because of one selfish decision you have always regretted?  It makes for one stunning story in Love’s Rhythm.  As Nick and Lauren struggle with the immense feelings between them; they must now navigate a very new world.  Each must face all the decisions that led them to this point.  Ms. Couper gives the reader an epic tale of everlasting love! She has the ability to blend passionate sex and heartfelt story like a master!  Love’s Rhythm is an absolute Recommended Read!
