Julian Castille has just spent the last six months in hell.  He has been released under one condition: he must find the key to the portal to hell.  Julian’s path crosses with the stubborn DaCosta, who he can’t seem to get out of his head.  He can’t figure out why he keeps thinking about Jaden, they are on opposite sides after all.  Julian is fighting for his soul and doesn’t have time to be messing with the sexy jaguar.  However, they are looking for the same thing, so why shouldn’t he use her to find the key to the portal to hell?  Sparks fly as Jaden and Julian search for the key, while trying to deny the heat between them.

I love, love, loved everything about His Darkest Salvation!!  This book is a fiery, passionate, thrill-ride!! I can’t believe this is my first trip into Ms. Stone’s Jaguar Warrior world.  I will definitely be going back to read books one and two!  Jaden and Julian are both extremely strong independent people, and could be perfect mates if they didn’t hate each other.  As much as Jaden tries to hate Julian, the underlying attraction is there, pulling her in his direction.  Julian is the definition of a tortured hero in its purest form.  I could feel his pain pouring off the pages, as pieces of what he’s been through is revealed; his anger only amps up the sexual tension.  I love that they are mates, and yet that doesn’t make them automatically fall in love with each other.  They are actually pretty much in hate with each other when the story begins.  Jaden mated him three years ago but he has no idea that happened, and since he rejected her after they slept together, there’s no love left but there is untamed attraction.  I loved the twists and turns in the story.  The journey that Jaden and Julian must undertake to find the key to the portal is a perilous, out of control adventure.  All of this makes for one hell of a hot story.  Juliana Stone’s writing is flush with passion, danger, and intrigue.  His Darkest Salvation is a sensational-not-to-be-missed novel!
