Kieran DeMicca, known as “Key” to his Wing Slayer friends is also a famous comic book creator.  As an unmated hunter, Key suffers with fierce bloodlust, urging him to kill witches, but he channels his pain into his drawings of Dyfyr, the dragon.  Dyfyr has become a rousing success only no one realizes that Dyfyr is real and bonded within Key.  Lately his drawings feature a stunning woman.  Key doesn’t know who she is but he’s certain she is important.  While doing a meet and greet at a comic convention he spots his mystery woman but she runs before he can find out who she is.

Roxanne “Roxy” Banfield is a fertility witch but she has yet to be Awakened, so her powers are muted.  Only when she finds her Awakening or mate will she come into her powers.  Roxy has no intention of ever Awakening.  She saw what happened to her mother and father’s relationship and never wants that to happen to her.  A fertility witch’s power resides in sex; making them crave it to increase their magic.  Only it seems Roxy may not have a choice.  Roxy is trying to get movie rights to a cool comic when she spots Kieran DeMicca.  The women flock to him; but the feelings she is having as her gaze lands on him are much more than simple attraction.  Roxy knows deep in her gut Kieran is her Awakening and she must get as far away from him as possible.

Roxy doesn’t get very far away from Key.  He is a man on a mission and no Wing Slayer hunter ever lets their prey get away.  It’s a good thing too because Roxy finds herself the victim of a crazy ex-boyfriend with an agenda.  Key and Roxy discover there is a plot afoot that centers around rogues getting their hands on Roxy.  It’s Key’s duty to protect all witches but this one rouses the dragon within.  He’s not letting her go anytime soon.  Key and Roxy must search for clues to the conspiracy against them while outrunning evil rogue hunters and battling the lust between them.  Roxy and Key create Sinful Magic together in the biggest battle yet between good and evil.  Can they survive the surmounting evil intact and find the love only found between two soul mirrors?

Sinful Magic is sinfully delicious!  Roxy and Key are a couple unlike any before.  They are sexy, strong and have such depth.  I must say I love these two!  They pulled me into the story from the beginning and held me with a death grip until the end.  Key and Roxy are both haunted by their past.  They let their pasts drive them in the present and it could prove dangerous.  Key was physically abused by the men in his family and used by his mother.  He also lost someone he loves at a young age.  These types of things can make a man become evil or turn him into one truly tormented hero.  I’m so happy Key fights for the side of good.  He is a fierce hunter and a sensual lover.  The way he is with Roxy makes me melt.  Roxy is dealing with her own past demons and she’s not ready to trust someone with her body much less her heart.  I must say Jennifer Lyon has a way of creating exceptionally evil parents.  Roxy’s mother has been keeping way too many secrets from her special daughter.  However, Ms. Lyon makes up for the parents traitorous pasts by penning strong, endearing characters such as Key and Roxy who fight to right the worlds wrongs.  Key and Roxy share some of the sweetest, sexiest scenes I have ever read and let’s not forget imaginative.  These two really need each other and can I just say I want a Dyfyr of my own.  Dyfyr, the dragon had me in tears more than once.  I could feel his love flowing on the pages for his lost love.

Sinful Magic is wrought with suspense, sex, and sweethearts.  Ms. Lyon’s suave style makes Sinful Magic standout in the paranormal genre.   I’m definitely Joyfully Recommending Sinful Magic.  Sinful Magic is a fantastic paranormal with a rich story overflowing with passion, action and intrigue.
