“Silent” Hank has been admiring young Jasper Allbright for some time now. When Jasper gets into some trouble, Hank comes to his rescue but that means he has to leave town.

Jasper’s like a puppy following Hank wherever he goes. He wants to be with Hank as much as Hank wants him. Jasper  just has to convince Hank that it’s okay.

Partners on the Trail is a great story. It’s got an authentic feel, and Hank and Jasper are very sweet men.  Hank is insecure and a bit weathered and Jasper is adorable and sweet. Julia Talbot does a good cowboy story, and Partners on the Trail is no exception.
