The Corpesetti, the long hated beings
of the Immorati, have plagued them for centuries. Never
would an Immorati love a Corpesetti, with its evil ways and
misshapen bodies. Yet, when a young un-mated Immorati is
found dead, the Corpesetti are to blame. It's up to Aidan,
who is soon to take over his father's place as an Immorati
Elder, to figure out how to destroy the Corpesetti that
killed his cousin. Aidan never expects to come across
another human with a touch of Immorati blood. Edie Campbell
has accidentally brought the attention of the Corpesetti on
herself and now Aidan has found himself irrevocably drawn to
this human woman. It goes against Immorati law, but fate is
determined to bring these two together.
Immorati is a fabulous
story. I was completely caught up in the lives of the
Immorati and couldn't put the book down until I
was at the end. Aidan, Edie, and all the secondary
characters really brought this story to life in my mind.
This is a touching love story and I hope there are more
involving the Immorati. |
