Robert Prescott Reyes-Waterson has just
achieved the professional success he’s always wanted -
getting a promotion and an office with a view. The
construction in the building across from him affords him a
sight of the sexy and daring construction worker who makes
his pulse race and his blood boil. When an unexpected
encounter brings him face to face with the daredevil
himself, Robert doesn’t hesitate to tell Joseph Brant what
he thinks. Joseph isn’t shy about telling Robert what he
thinks of him either. Soon, they’re expressing themselves
without anger.
Robert learns not to judge a book by
its cover when he meets Joseph, who pushes his buttons and
makes him think. Robert gives as good as he gets, and while
the two of them are fighting, an undeniable attraction is
growing. Skywalker is a short story that
works. There is enough before, during, and after to make the
storyline feel complete while still leaving you wanting
more. |
