A vacation exchange is exactly the
opportunity to give MacKensie a fresh start from her
previous life in Iowa. Recently graduated and hoping to find
a new job as a veterinarian in Seattle, MacKensie agrees to
dog-sit for Alex while he uses her home in Iowa.
Her compulsion to open locked doors
gets her in hot water when Alex's trip is cancelled and he
comes home to find her in the one room he forbid she enter;
a room that both scares and intrigues MacKensie. Now
MacKensie must act as his submissive and help him convince
his ex-girlfriend he is no longer available. What Alex
doesn't count on is that MacKensie is exactly the person who
can steal his heart.
The Dom's Dungeon by
Cherise Sinclair is a perfect combination of sensuality and
purpose. This is one of a few stories with a great
storyline; complex characters and sexual appeal that will
not allow you put the book down until you finish. MacKensie
is vulnerable when she first meets Alex and undoubtly has
issues that need to be worked out. Alex does not judge or
put her down in any way but instead strives to become the
man she needs him to be. Her past eventually catches up with
her and I was very pleased with the end result. |
