Gayle moves out of the city to the mountains, giving up her job as a plus-sized model.  Gayle thought she was through with love until she meets her next-door neighbors.  She thinks there could be hope until she catches them making love and her hopes are dashed.

Han and Luke aren’t about to let Gayle slip through their fingers.  When she catches them in the act and starts to avoid them they have to take matters into their own hands.

Will there be a future once Gayle discovers Han and Luke’s secret?  Can Gayle get over her body issues to let Han and Luke love her?

Suffering Sassafras is a sexy romp and Michelle Hasker knows how to throw interesting twists into her stories. Suffering Sassafras is no exception.  I just wish there was more back ground on Luke and Han.  I can’t say what kind of background because that would ruin the twist and I don’t want to do that.  I suggest reading the book and finding out the twist because it is VERY interesting and even had me chuckling a little when it was revealed.
