Roy Dunham is not you’re typical barkeeper, he’s a retired Navy medic. Craig Rommel is a K9 police officer who follows a lead into the bar Roy’s tending. When things go awry Roy uses his Navy skills. Craig and Roy seem to hit it off immediately and there could be love in the air.

I really liked Saved by Sam, it’s a sweet story for when you want a light-hearted romantic read. Roy and Craig’s meeting is under duress and when they get together afterward it heats up quickly. Sam the K9 is a hero in this story and truly heart warming….you can’t go wrong reading Saved by Sam.
