Spaceport Adana is a slice of the
universe with beings from everywhere imaginable sharing
space. All types, sizes, shapes and species live and trade
in peace, for the most part, in one place.
From the planet Nil Raja come people
born with blue swirls and spirals on their skin identifying
their caste, from Durgha warriors to Otha pleasure givers.
Chet is an Otha and lives permanently on the Spaceport
whereas Dinesh D’Ahnanjay Girisha, of the warrior caste, is
only there to protect visiting Nil Raja artisans
commissioned to do artwork at the request of Councilor
Ainsley Porter, the diplomat in charge of Adana.
Chance or perhaps luck brings Chet,
Dinesh and Ainsley together where sparks ignite between
them. Death threats and stalkers are trumped by passion and
karma. It may not be an easy fit for three such diverse men
but each knows their threesome is the best thing they have
ever been a part of.
Author Jade Buchanan hits another one out of the ballpark
with Marked, an M/M themed character driven
romance. The passion literally scorches the pages as well
as the dynamics between the three very different men.
Marked has a solid setup with heroes and villains
against the backdrop of a future time and place. In fact,
the only weak point for me was the actual climax as it was
over too quickly, I was hoping for it to be more drawn out
with greater action. Regardless, Spaceport Adana has hosted
many stories and Marked is definitely a worthy
addition plus its wonderful sensual fun to read! |
