Indy Wilcox works for Miracles, a charity that helps ill children fulfill their dreams. Todd Peters is a NASCAR driver and young Benjamin Koch’s idol. Todd’s busy schedule caused him to miss two meeting with Benjamin so Indy tracks him down and gives him hell for it. Once Todd realizes what he’s done, he tries to make amends. Benjamin is thrilled with his efforts, unfortunately Indy isn’t. She’s falling for Todd but she’s been hurt before and doesn’t want to get hurt again.  Todd isn’t giving up on her though, but breaking through the walls around Indy’s heart is not going to be easy.

Total Control is the latest release in Pamela Britton’s NASCAR series. It has all of the fun and romance found in the previous books, but Benjamin’s battle with cancer adds some heart-wrenching moments that moved me to tears at times.

Total Control is a touching, romantic, and a heartwarming addition to a wonderful series.
