David took Seth in, fed and clothed him. They then spend the night in each other’s arms. The next morning David asks Seth for something, and Seth is more than eager to give it to him. Afterwards, Seth is unsure about where they stand. Did David want him to stay just the night or forever?

Stay takes place the day after David and Seth met in Hero.  Seth’s uncertainty is endearing and David’s desire for Seth, both sexually and romantically, is too.  Stay is a heartwarming story. Everything moves so fast because it’s a short story.  All the details of what might have happened the next day could fill the pages of a really awesome novel.
