Homicide detective Rebecca Montgomery is
determined to find out what happened to her sister. Danielle
was kidnapped and is presumed dead. Becca is ordered to keep
her distance regarding her sister’s case and is assigned to
another one where she meets Diego Galvan. Diego is mysterious,
sexy, and possibly dangerous, and Becca can’t top thinking
about him. Diego is somehow connected to Hunter Cavanaugh—a
criminal and a madman—and Becca intends to find out how. When
Cavanaugh senses Becca is on his trail, he turns his focus on
her. Eliminating the persistent detective becomes his primary
goal. Before Becca can get to the bottom of her sister’s
disappearance, she may become the next victim.
No One Heard Her Scream is
gripping and intense. The crimes committed within its pages
are heinous and often graphic. Rape, abduction and brutality
are an intricate part of the story. Running parallel to that
is a strong romance between Rebecca and Diego. Diego is
mysterious and very sexy and Rebecca is tough as nails.
No One Heard Her Scream is a riveting and very
well-written story with terrific characterization and a dark
and intriguing storyline. I couldn’t put it down! |
