Patrick and Kennedy are vampires who feed on blood and sexual energy and they get a wealth of both at their popular gay nightclub, Raven.  In addition to being business partners, Patrick and Kennedy have always been friends, but never lovers.  The two do spend a lot of time in the office, hanging out and trading stories of their conquests.  But lately Patrick has grown tired of brief encounters with strangers and he’s more than tired of hearing about Kennedy’s exploits.  And when a hot, young blond sets his sights on Kennedy, Patrick hits his limit and learns more about his own desires – and Kennedy’s – than he bargained for.

Dakota Rebel takes the friends-becoming-lovers plot and makes it her own in this fresh, original, erotic vampire tale.  Patrick and Kennedy are sexy-as-sin men and the chemistry between them is explosive.  I don’t want to spoil the story, but I will say I greatly enjoyed the journey to happily ever after for the two heroes.  With Raven, I never knew what to expect next and that was a delight for me.  Ms. Rebel has penned a fantastic, sexually-charged story with Raven and readers who either listen to the story on audio book (as I did) or read it are in for a deliciously wicked treat!
