Tad Merryman was happy being a Top until the Fairy Queen Titania cast a spell on him that turned him into a bottom.  Titania had treated him to a night of passion with her, which he hated, Tad did not like girls, hence the spell.  Tad was starting to despise his life until his down in the mouth horse Nobbin went lame and Tad meets the new blacksmith Martin.  Tad is so captivated by Martin that he starts to think being a bottom may not be such a terrible thing. 

Bottom’s Tale is a humorous saga of magic spells, a jaded fairy queen, and a horse that suffers from depression.  Elizabeth Jewell’s delightful tale is intertwined with erotic love scenes that are scorching.  I would take pleasure in a repeat trip to her flight of the imagination.  Nobbin imparts genuine meaning to the phrase horse sense.  I truly like this story.
